The Hamilton School District referendum vote on 2/20 is less than 5 weeks away! This referendum is to address classroom space needs in our district, with a plan to solve all of our space issues for the foreseeable future. This involves building a new intermediate school for grades 5th-6th, to open up space at the 4 elementary schools as well as Templeton Middle School, as well as expansion of classrooms and renovations at Hamilton High School.
Please get many more details by visiting hamiltongrows.com, or checking out the Facebook page "Hamilton School District Referendum 2018." Even if you don't have children currently enrolled in the district, quality education affects everyone because of the impact on property values. Hamilton is one of the highest ranked districts for student achievement, while also having one of the lowest tax rates.
If you have any questions, or would like to volunteer to help spread the word about the referendum, please email the CLASS committee at firstname.lastname@example.org.
